frugal Theme

The frugal Wordpress Theme is a design I came up with to fill the need of ultimate customization.  I wanted a Wordpress Theme that was clean and simple in its stock setup that could easily be molded into any form and function of my choosing.  In designing the frugal Theme I included all the features I deemed absolutely necessary to enjoy a professional look and feel, while leaving out all the common ‘BLOAT’ that we find in many of the themes today.
